To become a member of the the ContentClub, you must agree to the following terms and conditions.

We like to make things simple.  So, these are the things you CANNOT do as a member of the ContentClub:

1) Submit ContentClub articles directly to article directories or publishers “as is”.  They must be rewritten and modified first, to pass duplication penalties.
2) Distribute or share in any way, your access to the ContentClub.
3) Sell, distribute, or give away ContentClub articles.
4) Use the ContentClub in any malicious, illegal or unethical way.

ContentClub articles are for your own, non-exclusive use and can be published on any website that YOU own.

The ContentClub, its parent company HalfAgain LLC, and its owners, reserve the right to deny service to anyone and cancel any member’s membership, at any time, for any reason.  We reserve the right to cancel the ContentClub program.  We also reserve the right to change subscription offers, membership features and pricing at any time.

The ContentClub is a membership based, marketing tool.  In light of this, it cannot guarantee its clients an income.  The ContentClub creates the tools, it’s up to the client to use them correctly.
